I replied to your post that Land 400 Phase 3 wouldnt actually go ahead and funding would go to renewables or education or Ukraine makes it obsolete. There is nothing to suggest the project is dead. Yours was simple speculation crouched as some genius analysis- want a pat on a back for that?
No one knows what the timelines are unless you are in Cabinet- even they i would suggest they dont know yet. Defence Strategic Review reports March 2023 who knows if the Government waits till then. There has been nothing definitive announced on timelines. If you have a link post it.
