The weight of support both financially through govt. grants and the perfect global settings with many firms chasing RE that is sustainably mined.
China controlling supply. Recent meetings with Korea. Free trade agreement with India that mentioned RE, trade deligation coming over soon. NdPr prices historically high. US money looking for RE security for defence.
Yeah, an announcement in 5 minutes would not surprise. Within 5 months very likely.
