there's big differences between this and our other fav..
namely, discovery made, and quality of the people, and that buys quality money
and, I don't feel the need to lash out at negative posters
but, just for you buddy
Pattos analyst Alex Passmore said Nova might look like 15-20mt
I have a little insitu value formula that tries to replicate recent corporate transactions. It's not perfect, and the recent transaction are mostly copper, not nickel, but it's better than rule of thumb-2% or rule of thumb-3% etc etc
so look at a couple of scenarios (on 70% ownership)
----- grades 3.5% Ni and 1.5% Cu Ni cut off 2% Ni 90% rec, Cu 80% rec Ni price $16,000 /t
20mt is $12b x 2.3% = $195m mkt cap 15mt is $9b x 2.3% = $145m mkt cap
----- grades 4.5% Ni and 1.5% Cu Ni cut off 2% Ni 90% rec, Cu 80% rec Ni price $16,000 /t
20mt is $15b x 3.2% = $335m mkt cap 15mt is $11b x 3.2% = $250m mkt cap
---- at 90c and $210m we seem to be pricing in 20mt at 3.5% ni, a big call.
lucky for me, I already have a lots of stock.
