Has anyone really considered as to how this company is going to raise the equity portion of the funding required ?
Normally 20 % of overall project outlay given that lenders need to see owner skin in the game .
So if the overall project cost remains in the 1 Bio range , just think about 200 MM $ raise on the equity side of things?
Existing shareholders will be diluted by over 150 % at present capitalization irrespective of the method ( rights, strategic Investor ,Government or director )
