Morning Rod,
Very nice to see your predicted change in fortunes for Redflex happening and, albeit to a somewhat lesser extent, with APG too.
First lot of averaging down with APG is actually in the "black" now, so patience and not so much "timing" is of the order of the day.
I always figured the play on the sub-continent would be the one to bring home the bacon for APG, but it looks like bribery and corruption are still the order of the day there and the biggest hinderance to doing business.
Anyhow, hope all's well in your neck of the woods.....
