Jokes aside OSH assets lags the rise in energy prices in actual income as gas lags and is sold forward , some on long term contracts. All the numbers should look good. Only downside is that marginal oil and gas may get financed at these prices and developed where in the last 3 years very little has. This pricing and low interest rates really makes Alaska a elephant possibly worth not selling down unless the price is crazy as energy security with Ukrain etc is front of mind ATM.
Interesting to see just how much cash they can spin offa nd how much debt they can hammer down while teh going is good. All the better so the books look great taking on the next developments.
