Realsitically better if they did buyback now and ran hard afterwards as cheaper and more bang for company $
Depends if you are looking at market cap or actual share price.
Other side from a technocal basis that doesn't take into account shares on issue it needs to make new highs now it is a consolidated STOsh otherwise the tech traders won't alloow it to make new highs easily with fewer shares on issue. They should be graphing market cap not share price or adjust their graphs accordingly. !!
