Am fairly sure Belly-Up/CoM/Gov lost his marbles a long time ago. Along with CB they make for fairly depressing and nonsensical reading.
They have an agenda here, acting on behalf of JH, to take back control of the company. It's a bitter, angry and sad fight.
Imagine they are planning the next huge CR right now. Dilution? That's just the side effect of a good drilling campaign (that has historically netted nothing).
