I like the Hotshot story and have great confidence in what they are developing.

All is good except one concern...which is how they will structure the "partnership" between Hotshot & MMZ.

If its through a backdoor listing of Hotshot via MMZ, then we need to be wary of the dilutionary effect...

Essentially, MMZ has to "pay" Hotshot something for this partnership imo, and it could be on the high price end...

Just my thoughts...if anyone else knows better kindly share your thoughts.
