Hi Kevin &123, dont think anyone took HS as MMZ. IMHO it could still be a partnership like a JV, but it's a very close partnership with exclusively 2 parties, so no more parties to be included to divide up the potential cashflow/rev? Nobody else can get a piece of the pie but MMZ & HS.

Full takeover is too early to speculate IMO, but there's also chance of HS being allocated certain MMZ stake for allowing MMZ into the partnership. Giving HS a partial stake on MMZ will also give HS the exposure to a publicly traded index? This is not unreasonable IMHO?

Just IMHO, again I think everything is just speculation at this stage until next ann adds more substance.
