Wyndham. Hottest annual mean maximum temperature anywhere in Australia. And off-the-scale humidity to boot!!! 3 bedder for 170 grand. Bargain. Great fishing and all year round climate (except for the heat and humidity).

Marble Bar. Claimed to be the hottest HIGH temperature town in all of Australia. 2nd highest annual mean maximum temperature. Less humidity except during thunderstorms. Gets a wee bit cold in Winter. 2 true seasons, it's a veritable paradise in the Desert. Nothing listed here for sale (it's such a desirable place no-one is selling anything) but you can get a 3 bedder down the road at the beautiful town of Nullagine for just $160,000.

And in third place, you can get yourself an absolute gem of a house in Kununurra, well actually it's only a 2 bedroom duplex half but you have to start on the property ladder (at the bottom), for the bargain basement price of just 280 grand!!! Why not buy two???
