What on earth are you talking about? CS is only 3km further than PC?
Also you don't use the Princess at all-Westgate and then western freeway, or you can bypass the Westgate and use Footscray road and then western, either way light years faster than the princess to point Kook
That being said you obviously love it there and that great, it is a lovely area. I'm just commenting purely from a investment viewpoint.
