If you look at he daily, there was a high volume day of soaking last week, followed by a nice jump on volume. Needs to hold 24. Recently there's been continuous accumulation at 20-odd and distribution at 23.5.. Low volume so probably just traders.
Time will tellI'm still positive on this one.
Also MACD crossed recently, so this move could have legs like you say.
