I suspect the market likes the fact that dividend reinvestment, (which I have the impression is quite substantial), will be funded by on market purchase of shares thereby eliminating share dilution.
Also, apart from the insurance side (which is a drain on profits) the Company is doing OK.
On the other hand the Company is not the flavour of the month because its history is pretty bleak.
Maybe it's finally getting its act together (one can but hope!)
