I'm with rob, they have clearly implied that 'they are preparing for success in the pheonix South-1 well', and the amount of money they have spent on this well shows that they are clearly expecting good results. Those who are selling because they beleive that this well is a duster will be regretting it when the SP heads north. The thai assets aloan are worth more that this!
