Well , after all the garbage that has plagued SI re: corruption and 3 day brown paper bag deals have come to the fore, I can tell you there has been a monumental shift in how the SIG do business, they are bending over backwards to enstil 'Nation building' as a core value and won't allow ANYONE! To circumvent their jurisdiction... Axiom will be and is being made to do it by the book despite all the talk of these short cuts that rusty and crew preach.
It is plain as day IMO... Avq have been made to start from scratch and for a company low on funds ... it's not an enviable spot to be in
