When the agenda for the Next Generation Protein Therapeutics Summit was being developed some thought must have been given to the list of 'hot topics' for the Roundtable Discussions as well who would moderate? I don't think its done by drawing names out of a hat!

So, when one of the hot topics is Delivery Approaches for Intracellular Biologics and the chosen moderator is Dr Paul Watt, shareholders are entitled to feel a little chuffed.

When everyone has been waiting to hear whether CPPs can efficiently deliver cargoes into cells and Dr Richard Hopkins is scheduled to present unpublished data, shareholders are entitled to feel a little excited.

"Data will be presented showing that certain CPP's from Phylomer libraries can effectively deliver their cargoes which require cytoplasmic delivery for their functional activity."

There are a number of questions. Is this the data which will confirm functional delivery using Janssen's therapeutic drugs? If so, will the data trigger an expanded relationship with Janssen and an avalanche of agreements with other Pharma?

Whatever the answer the market cap for PYC has more than tripled off its lows with Peptidream being touted as a model for valuation.
