When Armstrong's model changes direction there is always a best candidate that follows.
Last year's Armstrong top was the top in the US bank index BKX and it has been lower ever since.
In fact the BKX topped on 20/02/07 a few days early and so might bottom a few days early.
By my calcs that's around 18-19/3/08.
If the US banks stop falling then.....
