watso is not particularly keen on creamy coleslaw - but thought he would give it another go when a 800 gram tub had been marked down to $2.20.
anyway watso had some coleslaw with a meal - then started to wonder what to do with the rest .. then had the bright idea of just chucking it into the soup pot..
there is nothing new under the sun - so watso looked online ..
when watso makes his soups he tends to toss in all the odds and ends ..
eg - apart from the coleslaw - watso has some cheese which has gone a bit hard - so will smash that up with the sledgehammer - and toss that in as well.
right now the chicken bones (will use for stock) are soaking in a vinegar solution - the onions are diced, as are the sweet potatoes .
will first saute the onions, then add the sweet potato - then slowly cook the lot in a skillet - then put into the pressure cooker - then add coleslaw and anything else that watso can find
