A better idea than a 200ltr tank maybe to have a smaller high-pressure hot water tank suspended directly above the sink. In the UK most central heating systems have Combi Boilers that supply hot water without a hot water tank and therefore the 200ltr tank cannot be combined.

The hot water tank above the sink will supply hot water for filling kettle’s pots and pans and washing up. Because the water is immediately hot there is no waiting for the water to come through and the kettle etc. boils a lot faster and uses a lot less electricity or gas.

This is a positive sales proposition.

The additional heat could be used for space heating in the kitchen area. Nice and warm when you get up first thing to make a cup of tea specially if the cost of central heating is a problem.
