Assuming no dilution on debt refinancing, today's prices could well be the talk of legendary bargains purchased or ignored after thinking about it. There will be plenty in a few years time that claim they were aware CER traded under 2 cents but did nothing about it.
Life is far more enjoyable when you action your thoughts. I would sooner try than not make the effort. We are all going to make mistakes & these mistakes give us valuable life experiences.

PS Don't like putting a figure two years out, but CER assuming everything goes right could prove to be a great bargain.
