Can I have some feedback - is anyone using the alert system SMS. I tried the trial version and found it ok but on some occasions the price went beyond the range I had set and no alert went off. I wrote an email to them but no reply. I would like to give it another go but would like some input from you guys whether or not this is a common occurrence and your overall opinion. I don't won't to give them a cent if they are useless and provide no customer or technical support.
