If you were to buy the stock on open when it came out of trading halt then the best price you would have got would be the .415 mark

But it has happened lots of times that i have seen, so something to look out for in the future @Hingdog :
if a goes into TH, then buy them, that is if the TH is for a positive reason

I think the same thing happened to @h00ts last month, tho it didnt effect his overall performance

I never bought any stocks that were suspended but i did have my trade on KIN cancelled last month - I bought them when they came out of trading halt but the first trade happened at 10.20 so I got the 10.11 price which was actually the previous days close - As far as I am aware if you win and they find you have bought a stock in suspension they would adjust the result ?
