    We're looking at changes, but very busy at the moment with other things.
    At months end (unless advised earlier that a top of the table player has bought something while it was not trade-able) the buys and stocks are checked to ensure there were no buys passed that were on trading halt at the time.

    As h00ts said, his KIN purchase was cancelled same day last month, so results are checked before verifying a winner each month.
