If you go to the link in the game spot on the top toolbar, and select "Your Portfolio" you enter your buys in there.
Make sure you've got the rules roughly in place first - only stocks over 20c, and there are volume rules so illiquid stocks aren't selected.
All active members can participate. Buys and sells are only transacted at 10.30 and after the close.
