A share consolidation is not impossible but why soon ? Less than 1b shares is hardly a reason to do so. The most consolidate having 2b or more on issue. But lets assume they do, a 1 : 10 or 1 : 5 is most likely. Whether the sp drops after that or not depends on the company performance. If the company had a good track record then a consolidation will be positive, but a crappy performance before the consolidation will always accelerate an even steeper sp fall. ATM I see the company at a turnaround point, 5 drugs in development and 2 of them paid for by the US government, sp about 0.4c cash backed. The scientists are doing the science stuff while the ship is steered by an experienced marketing guy. That's a good thing, AHZ ( managed by FMG people ) is a great example for that. But when the scientists manage as well then it hardly ever turns out great ( ANP ).

Time will tell how the acquisitions and trials will turn out but any success will catapult the sp quickly above 10c. Trials start in 2015, so some time to observe and taking advantage of any sp dips before the real action kicks in in about 12 months or so.
