If you win and were found to have bought while in trading halt you can get the trade nullified at the end of the month this has been covered by Madmin in the past - there is a loop hole when a stock comes out of trading halt after 10.10 but before 10.30am placing a buy in this window is within the rules and you will get the previous day close price such are the issues using 20min delayed pricing - So well played there - My question which hasnt been specifically answered is can you sell a stock when its in trading halt ? clearly the system will let you do it but I dont know if its treated the same at the end of the month ?
I have won it a few times and I have never bought or sold stocks during trading halts but I occasionally made trades in that 20 minute morning window after stocks came out of halt like you did early in the month - Good luck with it this month hope you win !
