    Hi.

So many 'new followers' the last few days.

To all of you, whether it's the HC comp. or real trading,

here are some of the things I do/look at, to pick a my stocks each month.

    # Exploiting the morning bids/entry, is not one of them.

As much as I, and many others, say market depth is not important,

it actually is. There are many 'off screen' buyers/sellers of course,

but if sellers are outnumbering the buyers, generally it won't go up,

least ways not any time soon.

Scour the anns. and see which ones have had a favourable ann.

Generally they will run, for at least a few days.

Watch stocks that have hit the "highest gainers" by $$$ % list.

Used to avoid these stock, but have changed my mind.

I try and keep "spare" cash, so that I can buy these at the EOD

and be set for whatever gains they make the next day.

(case in point, G88 on the 10/11. Spiked 150%, picked them up on close,

for 65 cents, and a few days later sold at $1.21 for an 85% profit).

I get a 'liking' for a stock, a lot of the time based on volume.

If the market isn't interested, I'm not interested.

Look at stocks that have hit "new highs".

    Again basically following the market.

If the market has pushed the price up, follow the market.

(example, have no idea what this one will do, COB

but although it closed in the red, it made a substantial new high

during the day yesterday. 30th Nov.)

If you find yourself in front, sell at some point.

Applies to the game, and real life trades.

    They all stagnate/reverse eventually.

Only 4 in the 'morning here, so time to try and get some sleep.

If I think of anything else, will post later.

    All the best to everyone.
