We are assisting in cases where the person has made posts that are criticising or questioning management, which we consider to be defensible.
If a loose lipped poster makes reckless and unfounded statements about a board member of a company, we can't and won't help them, but in appropriate cases we will certainly endeavour to assist shareholders, or even former shareholders in claims made by small companies or Directors, particularly where freedom of speech issues are at stake .
