That forum helps group of pump scammers to lift up stocks that shouldn't.
These days it's afterpay, a company make no benefits at all but giving away $1000 to poor people to spend on stuff they don't need.
The problem is that most don't pay back the $1000 as afterpay cannot take action to get it back and official claims not to use debt recovery companies either but anyway we all know in Australia those debt recovery companies cannot do anything if the bad payers just refuse to payback what they own...
Now you see a whole bunch of scammers on HotCopper, trying to pump that stock, even some using the stock name itself as a nickname so much they are into influencing poor unskilled investors to put their $ into that company...
This isn't the only stock that is pumped here by those scammers so do not believe all you read in this forum, many scammers here even if they have 1000+ posts, they still influence unskilled investors to believe X stock is good to invest, then once the unskilled investors invest their $, they steal their money by selling their shares.
I must say pump group exist since years, most recently with crypto on app like ** but better warned everyone not to get scammed.
