Hi, Sorry, I wrote the answer to this yesterday, but can't have pushed 'post' in my multi tasking state!
As there is a 20 minute delay to live pricing, buys and sells each day are processed at 10.31am and 4.33pm to ensure the market in our delayed pricing is fully open and fully closed.
Orders placed before those times will be transacted at those times, so I can see GXY didn't trade until after 11am yesterday, so your sell would have taken the previous days close price of $1.86
Tough lesson, but better to wait if it was coming out of a trading halt, and always place buys and sells at the time frame to work for you.
