Thanks, but I was more interested in current comp.
e.g. Been trading at say 15 cents for three months, but one day before the comp starts,
it is 20 cents, would it be eligible? New listings, no trading history?
Another, no volume for 12 months, trading at 50 cents all that time,
but just a few days before the end of month, volume picks up significantly.
