    Hibba,I spoke to Brad on that very day (DEC 15) at around lunchtime and he was in Melbourne.

    If i remember correctly, Brad was at the court case you are referring to, which I understand was about a different issue AND it was in Queensland.

    BUT as I have said before, I could be wrong!!
