You don't need to wonder. I am quite certain Brad would never knowingly mislead a shareholder and you can rely on him to be truthful always.
But if you are feeling a bit confused about the various legal matters that seem to be on foot at the moment I sympathise.
The matter adjourned to late Feb 2012 was in court on 15/12/11.
The one you are referring to (http://archive.sclqld.org.au/qjudgment/2011/QPEC11-150.pdf) was heard the day after (see below), on 16/12/11. I was unaware of this at the time.
