The matter adjourned to late Feb 2012 was in court on 15/12/11.
The one you are referring to (http://archive.sclqld.org.au/qjudgment/2011/QPEC11-150.pdf) was heard the day after (see below), on 16/12/11. I was unaware of this at the time.

And then we have Cougar's claim for compensation for which there is no hearing date yet so far as I'm aware. Maybe someone who understands how the pieces of the puzzle fit together would kindly clarify for those of us who don't.
