    It is NOT just stocks that have been in a T/H.

    "it is possible (by exploiting a TH) to purchase stocks for a lower price than they have traded at on the purchase day"

    Read my posts again, and see the example.

    I'll do one again.

    Disregard the word T/H.

    If a stock closes at 50 cents, opens the next day at 65 cents, then at 10:09:55

    drops to 40 cents, we pay 40 cents. The latest pre 10:10 price.

    You have a thing about T/Hs, but using BGS as an example,

    it opened LOWER than what the T/H price was.
