Simply put, to make money you gotta spend money, and that money's gotta come from somewhere.

I'm looking at the bigger picture. I'd be more worried if cap raising was needed to stay afloat. I don't see anything wrong with trying to make hay while the sun shines. We wont always be in a bull market, so while we are lets get as many ounces out of the ground as we can.

Wont say much more until I see further detail.
