Like Bone has said do the following.
Once your file is saved and ready to be uploaded, go to thie site > http://www.filedropper.com/
Click on the green "Upload File" button
Find your file and then upload, wait a few seconds and you'll be re-directed to a new page.
Click once on the link below the "Link To Share This File With Anyone:" heading.
This should "highlight" the link. Copy the link by hitting the Ctrl+C buttons.
Come back to HotCopper and in the post message box paste the link.
In your post tell people to click on the link, then click the greyish "Download This File", put in the code as seen with numbers and capital letters then click "Download Now" button. The user can then either save the file or open it.
