Brisbane $36 for 50% Q1 Brave Song, Chapter and Verse, Grey Shadow. Impeccably bred is Scallopini. I'd prefer it on wet as its breeding suggests. Rose of Mulan was a fillies top class mudder. Hard to leave out but Brave Song is the class here. My other two are knockouts looking for a dry track. They get it here.
Q2 Celestial Falls, Sky Horse. Ballistic Boy and Red Giant franked SHs run last start. Only other horse that beat it home was Kinane which is considered top class. Great win by Vanna Girl last start and before that. Up a long time and may be coming to end of campaign and drawn badly.
Q3 Best of Days, Niccanova, Delectation Girl. BofDs back to its preferred dry track. 2nd in a Railway Stakes a couple of starts back. Sheesh, should be too classy here.
Q4 Winter Bride, Irithea, Fiesta, Shalwa. A lot of pace in this race, could set it up for a late finisher. Irithea looks the class here though and but for the pace looks a SPECIAL. Sat outside Ready2P last time and still won so ...
