Have had the same issue cap. Thought i was loosing my mind.
Have taken various actions against it to make sure the issue is not with my computer. Nope Hot copper only. The site had been running poorly for 6 months but the last month I have been getting the Mcafee pop ups. Only ever from hot copper not the 100's of other tabs I go through in a day.
