It's very much an issue with the ad provider feeding garbage ads onto the HC site. As with most websites using Google Ads, HC does not have control over the individual ads, and the ads can target visitors based on other sites we have visited, following our cookies, or targeting us specifically based on our IP geolocation or other demographic info that Google has surmised about us.
