In addition we still have an overhang of Pacific ORE Holders exiting especially those who do not understand the SYT business and no takeover premium as the boys plus associates control more than 50% of the company.
Further we have no traders to move the price around which creates the volume and price movements required to attract attention.
Valuation is also next to impossible as we have no history and no appropriate like businesses to compare the company to from an earnings perspective.
Therefore this is purely a "gut feel" play. Lucky for me I have a big one of those and I feel more and more gutsy the more reasearch I do.
However if you have not done any research and do not understand the business then you can only invest based on somebody else's opinion.
That is where broker coverage would be important but the company can not justify paying for a broker report yet and no reputable company could even write a report at this stage.
So that leaves us at waiting for the fundamentals to be so compelling that it is obvious to all of value. Therefore this will be addressable market increases into Europe, Africa and South America, additional contracts and revenue increases, all of which take time.
So forget short term spec gains. This is, as Banksy stated, revenue and land grab but mostly time.
How long can you wait for supra normal price movements. Well Twitter shareholders had to wait around 5 years and most of the others as long or longer. Keep in mind SYT has been going since 2013 not 2016. We are nearly four years down the track.
And none of those giant household names had the identified revenue model of SYT. They worked on the "build it and revenue will come" model. SYT work on the "we ain't doing anything without a cash payment and contract" strategy. And they have obviously got them from TATA and hopefully the others as well.
In summary then while significant revenue may see the SP rise the fact is this will be a slower grind up over the next few quarters. Management of quarterly updates will help but I am not sure that the management team really care about SP and are more focused on deliverables.
This should be great for the patient accumulators but not so good for traders or those lookin for a short term gain IMO.
