1. Management/High Reputation
2. Tier 1 Enterprise Networking Contacts
3. Products - selling itself (cross carrier is the key )
4. Right timing

Plenty great products out there that don't have the network contacts to get them mainstream.
Plenty average products with good network that get them mainstream
Plenty poor products and great management that go mainstream

SYT have all four as a positive.
