Dear Yoda,
At what stage do hotcopper want to be seen as a discussion vehicle on all stocks and maintain credibility or are they around only to discuss those stocks that dont threaten them. Seriously, if hotcopper are to exist with integrity they must not bow to some penny dreadful company's strong arming them with legal threats.
What happens to this site if Telstra or bhp decide just to threaten hotcopper. Are you going to stop discussion. What would the site be worth then? The ability to stand up against threats sets the site apart from others. It's inability shows how serious it is about its reputation.
