Dear Yoda,
My frustration is that this company has "threatened" to go legal. A threat that any company on the asx could make to Hotcopper.. This threat was made a very long time ago and I, who like a lot of people, use hotcopper as part of their matrix of research in making decisions in share transactions now cannot include this forum as part of their stock buy/sell decision making process.
Many posters provide views and insights that are unavailable from other research vehicles.
Surely moderators can be extremely cautious on those companies they feel may be more litigious than others and still let the discussion continue even though it may be more censured than other discussions.
Good luck on going offshore....I just want views and discourse from posters who may or may not have greater knowledge than me on ARV to share with us all.
