Hi Taboon.

Yes I noticed the similar amount needed. They must feel confident to announce such an intension to start next year. They must be privy to what is going on behind closed doors about finance of the Rail and Port. Why announce this news if there is No sign of finance being available to The Cameroon Government and SDL?
No ifs or buts in their announcement to suggest they are just hoping finance comes through, except the last paragraph about Rail & Port, must be finalised.
If nothing has changed with finance, why announce this now? First time I have seen EQX put a dollar figure on building their mine site.
