re the possibility of extending the time for oppies, the only time I saw something similar was Bolnisi Gold about 5 years ago who issued fresh options on a one for one basis but at a higher strike price. The 20 cent (30 cent?) options expired and were replaced with fresh 40 cent options 12 months further on. Meanwhile the sp went from 16 cents to well north of 40 cents and they were mostly then taken up. Not sure who that helps (obviously option holders who own less or no ordinary shares). I own roughly an equal amount of both so a capital raising down the track doesn't worry me.
