The PM's office deliberately tried to incite a race incident in order to make Abbott look bad. And this was done on Australia Day of all days. Absolutely disgraceful.
You will see more 'houdini' acts in the coming days when the second staffer is outed, when Gillard actually knew (hint well before she said it was), why Gillard's staff, even after they knew Hodge's involvement, still continued to tell the Canberra press this was all Abbott's fault.
