Shareholders may find it hard to let go of their investment (what is left of it) in Myer because the upside seems more likely at these levels so therefore enabling holders to continue the journey albeit holding premier rather than Myer would be the better outcome. And premier know this!!!

Premier are coming out discrediting and organisation run by a group of individuals who were given many chances to prove themselves but failed. Now they must be held accountable for their effort.

I therefore think premier is in the box seat and will propose change of ownership to existing shareholders on November 1.

The defining question will be.....do you prefer to to hold shares in Myer with the current board or do you see a better future holding premier shares with Myer in the mix.

A simple question in my opinion.

I would be happy to take PMV shares only in a takeover/merger, as long as we got a nice little premium
In an all scrip offer $1.20 wouldn't be ridiculous IMO, cash only I can't see an offer coming in currently for more than $1.00.
