    Given that AUSTRAC now has those 23m IFTI transactions that were previously left out due to Westpac IT error, I wonder how many have now been determined to be money laundering transactions. Will someone ask AUSTRAC the tough questions if someone in their IT department makes an error in deploying their risk rating algorithm! The media hysteria seems to be forgetting that we are dealing with human error.
